Must be available at 2pm for dinner shifts
```Duties:```
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the established presentation standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills:
- Experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
