We are seeking an entry-level Help Desk Support Technician who wants to begin a career in business technology and managed IT services with an MSP. This role is intended for someone with limited professional IT experience who has completed technical training, earned an entry-level certification, and has a genuine interest in computers and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Graduate of a technical, vocational, or trade school
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or an equivalent entry-level certification
- Basic understanding of computers, Windows, hardware, and networking
- Hands-on interest in technology through home labs, personal projects, or computer repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Provide basic desktop and user support
- Assist with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 issues
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, monitors, and other office equipment
- Help with password resets and basic user account issues
- Set up computers, peripherals, and user workstations
- Document support requests in the ticketing system
- Follow established troubleshooting procedures
- Escalate advanced issues to senior technicians
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Go onsite to assist with onsite support tasks
Preferred Experience
- Geek Squad, computer repair, electronics retail, or similar experience
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, printers, networking, or ticketing systems
- 6 Months in a simiar position
This is a true entry-level opportunity with training and room to advance into a Level 1 Help Desk position.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
