Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Production Manager to manage all aspects of the production and installation operations for or regional roofing, gutters, siding, windows and solar company. This pivotal role involves overseeing production schedules, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for continuous improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and operational excellence. As a Construction Production Manager, you will drive efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and foster a culture of safety and innovation across the production environment.
Duties
- Serve as liaison between the homeowner and the company. This includes discussing the schedule with the homeowner or commercial property owner as well as the scope of work. In addition, you need to prepare the homeowner or property owner on things to be done and not done before and during the project.
- Making sure that the job files are complete and all requirements are met before scheduling or material orders are placed.
- Manage the production calendar and the onsite job supervisors. Make sure that the jobs are schedule well in advance on the calendar.
- Serve as liaison between internal departments, making sure that whatever is placed on the contract, especially the color and other specifications are complete. Create an accurate estimate of the materials and installation costs of the jobs.
- Double check the estimates against the purchase orders, making sure that there are enough materials on site and with the correct specifications and costs.
- Communication with all vendors with regards to all scheduling and problems with missing or incorrect materials.
- Calling supply companies for accurate material costs.
- Sending follow-up emails.
- Completing assigned tasks and creating tasks for the Production Department.
- Preparing PDFs and organizing files for send-off.
- Using company apps, websites, and CRM systems, including AccuLynx, Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, RingCentral, and other required software to complete daily responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management or construction environments with a strong understanding of roofing and other home improvements
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent team leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders across supply chain management, operations, engineering, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of supply chain analytics and inventory optimization techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
