HIRING: ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Eugenia Aronov, CPA, PC is looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our growing CPA practice. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of client accounts, and handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Individual and business tax return preparation
- Bookkeeping and monthly accounting
- Payroll processing and payroll compliance
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Financial statement preparation and review
- Working directly with clients
- Assisting with IRS and state tax matters
- Managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of hands-on accounting and tax experience
- Prior experience working for a CPA or accounting firm is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or EA preferred, or actively working toward CPA/EA credentials
- Hands-on experience preparing individual AND business tax returns
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Payroll experience
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
