Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Carpenter Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal framing, air barriers, sheathings, insulations, drywall installation, and acoustical panel ceilings. As a Foreman, you will oversee crew members, ensure work quality, and maintain project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead a team of drywall carpenters in commercial projects.
· Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
· Review project plans and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
· Coordinate with other trades and project managers to ensure seamless workflow.
· Implement safety policies and procedures on the job site.
· Train and mentor crew members on best practices and proper techniques.
· Monitor project progress and report any issues to management timely.
· Prepare and maintain job site documentation, including daily reports and timekeeping.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of [3] years of experience in commercial drywall and carpentry.
· Proven experience in metal framing, air barriers, sheathings, insulations, drywall, and acoustical panels.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
· Certification or relevant trade licenses preferred.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
