Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Florida DOH SLP Licensure required
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Ability to complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing requirements (previous FL school district fingerprinting may expedite this process)
- Passion for working with PreK–12 populations, supporting a range of communication and language needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct/indirect intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Travel between assigned school sites, adapting services to the specific needs of each location and caseload
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision as part of the CFY process
