We are a well-established and growing HVAC company seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC service technician experience is a must
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers is a plus
