Position Overview
Colorado Surgical Institute is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid clinical-administrative role. This position is ideal for someone with strong chairside assisting experience who is ready to grow into the business and operations side of dentistry. You’ll play a key role in both patient care and logistical coordination for our live surgical courses, working closely with doctors, mentors, and the operations team to ensure a seamless clinical and educational experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support (Approx. 40%)
- Assist during live patient surgical training courses (implants, wisdom teeth, full-arch, etc.)
- Set up and break down operatories, maintain sterilization protocols, and manage surgical inventory.
- Support patient flow, coordinate pre- and post-op instructions, and ensure smooth communication between clinical and hospitality teams.
- Work closely with mentors and attendees to ensure instruments, materials, and patient cases are ready for each procedure.
Administrative & Coordination Support (Approx. 60%)
- Act as a bridge between the clinical and administrative teams—tracking case progress, updating patient and attendee records, and following up on outstanding items.
- Assist with treatment coordination, including scheduling, patient communication, and pre-course case organization.
- Maintain supply tracking spreadsheets and assist with ordering, vendor communication, and event logistics.
- Support patient consult scheduling, confirmation calls, and treatment documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Officer and help with project follow-through and data management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dental assistant (surgical or general dentistry preferred).
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and sterilization protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with digital tools: Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and practice management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and approachable demeanor with doctors and patients.
- Ability to work in-person in Greeley three days per week and remotely two days per week.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple projects in motion.

Compensation & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience (23-26 per hour.
- Full-time position, Monday–Wednesdy on site with remote on Thursday hybrid schedule.
