QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD in Neuroimaging (including focused ultrasound), Neuroscience, Engineering, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Toxicology, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years post-doctoral training (or equivalent) is desired.
- The candidate must have prior research experience in focused ultrasound and preferably MRI studies in animal models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must.

- Skilled in designing and conducting focused ultrasound and neuroimaging experiments
- Skills in cell biology and molecular biology experiments.
- Ability to network and provide information to key groups and individuals.
- Ability to work in collegial environment with co-workers in the lab group.
- Provide guidance and consultation to resolve issues.
- Ability to independently perform research in a laboratory setting.
- Ability to lead research activities and perform various advanced procedures.
- Skilled in data analysis using spreadsheets and software applications.
- Ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Design research studies and prepare technical reports and manuscripts.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
