On behalf of our client we're looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive professional to help strengthen and support our payments operations. Working closely with the Payments Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring controls are effective, risks are managed, and daily payments run smoothly.

Monitor daily payments activity and key operational controls

Identify operational risks, errors, and areas for improvement

Support pay‑in/pay‑out processing, funding, and reconciliations

Oversee settlements and fee reconciliations with payment providers

Track KPIs, provider performance, chargebacks, and fraud trends

Support audits, testing after system changes, and documentation

Prepare clear reports and insights for management

Experience in payments operations, controls, or operational risk

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
