Vacation Rental Housekeeper – Luxury STR Turnover

$18.00 – $22.00/hr | Full-Time | Rotating Weekends Required

Pinnacle Host Services is Central Florida's premium short-term rental turnover company. We serve luxury Airbnb and vacation rental properties throughout Orange, Osceola, and Polk counties — and we operate to a higher standard than any standard cleaning company. Our crews don't just clean. They reset guest-ready environments from scratch, on a schedule, every single time.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
We receive a high volume of applications. To be considered, you must have real, verifiable experience working as a housekeeper in one of the following environments:
✓ Short-term rental (Airbnb, Vrbo, or similar vacation rental property)
✓ Hotel, resort, or extended-stay property (any brand or star rating)
✓ Luxury residential property managed on a professional cleaning rotation
Applications without qualifying experience will not be reviewed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
◆ Execute full guest-ready turnovers on a property-by-property checklist — bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and all high-touch surfaces
◆ Strip, launder, and precisely reset linens and towels to hotel-fold standards
◆ Restock all consumable amenities (toiletries, paper goods, kitchen essentials) to property par levels
◆ Photograph and document all staging, damage, and missing items for property owner records
◆ Meet strict checkout deadlines (properties must be guest-ready by 4:00 PM without compromise)
◆ Communicate property-level issues to your QC inspector and supervisor
◆ Maintain supply inventory and flag low-stock items in real time
REQUIREMENTS
◆ Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in STR, hotel/resort, or luxury residential housekeeping
◆ Ability to meet a hard 4:00 PM property ready deadline — every property, every time
◆ Reliable transportation to job sites in Orange, Osceola, and Polk counties (mileage reimbursed at a rate of $0.725/mile). 100 mile daily cap
◆ Weekend availability — Saturday and Sunday are our highest-volume days
◆ Smartphone with ability to use our apps (iOS or Android) — required for all job assignments
◆ Ability to work independently, follow a detailed checklist, and complete tasks without supervision
◆ Physical requirements: extended standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working in varying temperatures
◆ Minimum 2 verifiable professional references from a housekeeping or hospitality employer
◆ Must pass a background check prior to first assignment
◆ Fluency in English or Spanish (bilingual is a strong plus)

◆ $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, paid weekly — starting rate based on demonstrated experience

◆ Direct communication with leadership — this is not a staffing agency placement
◆ Growth opportunity: top performers are prioritized for QC Inspector roles ($20–$22/hr)
