JOB TITLE: Home Health Aide/CNA/Caregiver needed

OVERVIEW
SCHEDULE: Various Hours
At Brightstar Care Knoxville, the HHA is a member of the home care team who performs various personal and homemaker tasks that follows along with a plan of care set by the nurse.
The HHA will be responsible for helping maintain safety and provide continuity of care for each patient.

Creating a positive experience for the patient, provide caring, and professional work environment.

- Meal Preparation
- Observe & report any patient changes to the nurse
- Safe Transfers
- Able to have excellent written skills; provide proper documentation in patient records.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Home Health Aide/CNA/Caregiver
- Certified in CPR
- Licensed driver with automobile that is insured
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision; able to follow each patient as their needs change.
- Empathy for the needs of the patient
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English. Treats patients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image. Works as a team member. Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
