Job Summary
Shapell's Inc. is seeking a dependable handyman to join our team. This role involves a range of remodeling and maintenance tasks across our properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Painting Patching drywall Installing fencing Installing floors, doors, and windows
Maintenance Duties:
- Basic electrical and plumbing repairs Ensuring interior and exterior structural components are safe and in good condition
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical work or carpentry is a plus
- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
- Knowledge of basic handy skills, painting techniques, and remodeling processes

From I‑295, take Commonwealth Ave. Turn right at the 4‑way stop onto Bulls Bay Hwy. Turn left onto Stocks Road —which is the second street on the left. Follow Stocks Road all the way to the end last place on the right. Our office is a two‑story building with a green and copper roof. Please park next to the wooden wheelchair ramp.
Pay: Based on experience.
