We are seeking an experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Full-time 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday and every other weekend Housekeeper professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness resident rooms and common areas, as well as laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding items. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques.
- Inspect rooms and laundry for any damages or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Organize cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests promptly and courteously.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping and laundry services within a hotel or similar environment is required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and laundry processes is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
