Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Landscapers to join our team. We have openings in both our Maintenance Division and Design/Build Division.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Division:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools.
- Ensure client properties are kept clean and presentable at all times.
Design/Build Division:
- Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Follow blueprints and instructions to accurately execute landscape projects.
- Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance techniques.
- Ability to operate landscape equipment and machinery safely.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for Maintenance Division positions).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
