Helios Property Management is seeking a licensed Arizona real estate professional to help rental property owners find the right management solution for their investments.
This is a flexible, relationship-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping others make informed decisions. Whether you're looking to supplement an existing income source, leverage your professional network, or put your real estate license to work in a different way, we'd love to talk.
This is not a property management role and it is not a traditional office job. You'll work with prospective clients, answer questions, learn about their goals, and help determine whether Helios is the right fit for their needs. Once a client signs on, our property management team takes over the day-to-day operations so you can focus on building relationships and creating new opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective property management clients
- Learn about property owners' goals, concerns, and investment objectives
- Present Helios Property Management's services and solutions
- Guide clients through the onboarding and signing process
- Coordinate a smooth handoff to the assigned property manager
- Develop relationships with investors, real estate professionals, vendors, and referral partners
- Identify opportunities to grow your own referral network and pipeline
- Represent Helios professionally within the community
What We Offer
- Flexible schedule with no set hours
- Independent contractor (1099) structure
- Inbound opportunities from property owners seeking management services
- Freedom to develop your own referral sources and business relationships
- Training and support from an experienced local team
- Administrative support and proven systems
- Optional office space if you prefer working in person
- An established local company with a strong reputation
Who This Role Is Great For
This opportunity may be a good fit for:
- Licensed real estate agents looking for an additional income stream
- You value flexibility and prefer being measured by results rather than hours worked.
- You enjoy building relationships and helping people make informed decisions.
- You are self-motivated and don't need constant supervision or direction.
- You have the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
- You are looking for a professional opportunity that can supplement your existing income.
- You enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and building long-term business relationships.
- You want the support of an established company while maintaining the independence of an entrepreneur.
What We're Looking For
- Active Arizona Real Estate License required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Able to build trust with property owners and investors
- Comfortable taking ownership of results
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Property management experience is not required. We can teach our systems, processes, and services. We are looking for someone who is approachable, coachable, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
