Dietary Aide

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals and snacks to residents, ensuring each plate is presented with care and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Assist with menu planning, food preparation, and food service as needed
Monitor and record resident consumption and preferences, making recommendations for modifications as necessary
Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality meal delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
