Family Physician and or a Family Practice Physician w/ OB for a group practice located next to a 21-bed critical access hospital. Modern, lifestyle-oriented practice allowing OB, procedures, and minor surgery (dependent on training). Fulltime FP and or FP/OB Physician to practice in both Clinic, ER, and Hospital based service lines (adult, pediatric, and obstetric). Hospital-employed position. Assist with building business with consistent coverage and delivery of high-quality care.
This position will be part of a recently acquired independent practice, and now consists of three mid-levels and four physicians, all employed. The seven cover four Rural Health Clinics and a Critical Access Hospital. The hospital has been very well equipped through the years and recently opened a state-of-the-art Emergency Department and new OB suites.
All physicians, including FP/OBs, must first acquire a license to practice from the KSBHA. Requirements for licensure typically include:
- Graduating from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school (M.D.) or osteopathic school (D.O.). International graduates must also have a valid ECFMG Certificate.

Completing an accredited postgraduate training program (internship, residency, or fellowship).

Passing the required national examinations, such as the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) or Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX).

Passing a criminal background check.
