Housekeeping & Maintenance Floater
Stay Charlottesville Vacation Rental Company is seeking an experienced Housekeeping and Maintenance Floater to deliver 5 star service.
Stay Charlottesville Management Group operates as a Tourism and Hospitality group in the greater Central VA Area. Currently under the umbrella of the group is Stay Charlottesville Vacation Properties (100% owned by SCMG), Monticello Wine Tour and Coach Co (100% owned subsidiary of SCMG), and Old Metropolitan Hall (Owned and Managed). The parent company was founded in 2011 and is a vacation rental group that currently operates 55+ properties in Charlottesville, Albemarle and expanding into Nelson county. Stay is owned and operated locally in Charlottesville.
This role will assist the Operations team in getting our businesses ready for guests! This is a cross-functional position that will float between the different businesses above to assist in operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspecting of short term, long term rental properties and venue spaces.
- Quality assurance inspections of cleanings.
- Laundry preparation.
- Laundry delivery
- Delivery and assembly and set up of furniture to event spaces and homes.
- Assisting operations team in walkthroughs and turnover cleans of vehicle fleet.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Hotel/Vacation Rental Housekeeping.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to set priorities, multi task and meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills, including the ability to problem solve independently
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Must work Saturday through Wednesday
- Must have own transportation to get to cleaning locations.
- Must have a drivers license
Job Available: Immediately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
