Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Advanced Animal Care of Mt. Pleasant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide exceptional pet care while enhancing client relationships and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient client flow within the practice.
- Assist clients with questions regarding pet care, treatment options, and wellness recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues or requests.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Promote preventative care services and educational resources to clients.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Foster a welcoming environment that supports the well-being of pets and their owners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions or information.
