We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to join our team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an agent looking to focus on serving clients and closing transactions throughout Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada .
Duties
- Work with buyers and sellers throughout Lake Tahoe and Northern Nevada
- Conduct property showings
- Host open houses
- Coordinate photographers, inspectors, showings, and service providers to ensure properties are market-ready
- Computer data entry
- Install lockboxes and property signs
- Maintain exceptional communication throughout the transaction
- Deliver an outstanding client experience from first conversation through closing
Experience
- Active California and/or Nevada real estate license
- Two to three years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Familiarity with the Lake Tahoe or Reno markets is a plus
