Join the team at Rock 30 Games, a premier buy, sell, and trade video game store! We are looking for a reliable, full-time Store Associate to handle everyday store operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during sales, returns, and trade-in transactions.
- Process, inspect, and test video games, consoles, and accessories for trade-ins.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and pick website orders efficiently.
- Perform daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assist with physical inventory, stocking shelves, marking prices, and preparing merchandise displays.
- Perform other everyday retail tasks as assigned to support the store.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Availability for 30-40 hours per week, mostly evenings and weekends.
- Outgoing personality with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, diverse retail environment.
- Basic mathematical skills and a high attention to detail.
- A dedicated team player who enjoys working with the public.
- Previous retail, cash-handling, or POS experience is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with video games and gaming consoles is a strong plus!
