About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team. You will be responsible for daily kitchen operations, food quality, inventory, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. What You'll Do
- Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency on every plate
- Manage food costs, control waste, and keep inventory accurate
- Order product, receive deliveries, and maintain vendor relationships
- Build weekly schedules and manage labor to budget
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Conduct line checks before every service
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of kitchen experience with at least 1–2 years in a management or lead role
- Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and kitchen financials
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days)
- Ability to lead a team calmly and effectively under pressure
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
