Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the BCBA will deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism and related developmental needs. This role blends center-based services with travel, allowing you to provide well-rounded, client-centered care.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring 1–2 days per week in-office at:
2932 Heritage Pl NE, Milledgeville, GA 31061
Candidates may be based anywhere in Georgia but must be willing to travel to the clinic as needed. Additional travel may be required to support client care.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of children receiving ABA services

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
-
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Support successful client transitions and discharge planning
-
Maintain compliance with clinical and documentation standards

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development
Performance Expectations

Minimum of 100 billable hours per month

Earn additional incentives at 30+ billable hours per week ($100/hr incentive eligibility)

Master's Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

Licensed Professional as per state guidelines.
