KUSAKABE is now hiring a Sushi Prep / Sushi Helper & Kitchen Assistant for Part Time
Conditions:
Working Days and Time: Weekdays and Weekends. 12:30PM - 4:00PM.(3~5days)
Thursday is 12:30PM - Closing time (Around 11:00PM)
(Additional shifts may become available based on performance and ability.)
Job responsibility as follows
-Learn and serve Japanese traditional Kaiseki style food
-Miscellaneous prep work
-Janitorial work
Criteria:
-1+ years of Japanese kitchen helper experience
-Have a Food handler certificate or will have one at work
-Be able to understand English. If you understand Japanese language and culture, that's a plus
-Must have a working permit or is a U.S. Citizenship
We are looking for professional, experienced, fast-paced, detail oriented Sushi Prep / Sushi Helper & Kitchen Assistant who can work long hours but also flexible with work schedule. You are expected to be a good listener, have good work ethics and do great teamwork.
We are a fine-dining Japanese restaurant in San Francisco, Financial District, with high ratings on Google and Yelp.
