Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operations
- Safely operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack, etc.) to load, unload, and move materials
- Transport products within the warehouse and properly stack inventory
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging orders as needed
- Inspect loads and ensure accurate handling of materials
- Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company SOPs
Equipment & Facility Maintenance
- Perform daily inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment (battery, brakes, tires, fluids)
- Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on forklifts and facility equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly and maintain maintenance logs
- Assist with basic facility upkeep (dock doors, racks, ramps, general warehouse fixtures)
General Warehouse Support
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support warehouse operations and assist other departments when needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification required (or ability to obtain after hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills required (bilingual preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, LMD, or manufacturing environments
- Experience with basic mechanical or facility maintenance
- OSHA safety training or related certifications preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $18 – $20/hr (based on experience)

Work Schedule
- Shift: Day / Night / Flexible / 12-hour shift
- Weekend availability preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
