Kidz Kastle ELC, Inc. is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, creating engaging learning experiences, and maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
### Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
- Communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
- Accurately document attendance, meals, diapering/toileting, daily reports, photos, incidents, and parent communication using the Brightwheel app.
- Follow all New Jersey licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and school policies.
### Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CDA or college coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Experience working with young children is preferred.
- Must meet New Jersey background check requirements.
- Pediatric CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
