Prepare and cook orders according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency

Present menu items uniformly in line with Renard's Cheese standards

Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, and price products as specified

Maintain appropriate stock levels by restocking cases and shelves

Follow stock rotation and merchandising guidelines for optimal product presentation

Prepare special orders, party trays, and catering orders as needed

Operate bistro equipment such as meat and cheese slicers, ovens, cutting tools, and scales

Adhere to all food safety and workplace safety guidelines

Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the sales floor, backroom, and storage areas

Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing

Assist in receiving product deliveries and maintaining accurate records

Perform other duties as assigned

Demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Previous experience in a cooking role is preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines and procedures
