Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms to ensure health and safety compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally
- Support housekeeping management with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning or upholstery care to enhance overall space presentation
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of sanitation practices
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and general custodial tasks
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment operation for efficient linen management
- Experience with commercial or hotel housekeeping operations is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
