YOUR ROLE
- Connect with potential wedding vendors and set appointments
- Conduct in-person or virtual discovery calls
- Present our coaching and strategy packages
- Close sales and exceed expectations
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Build strong, lasting relationships
- Consistently meet activity and sales goals
EXPECTATIONS
- Minimum appointments set each week (10)
- Minimum total sales closed each month (7)
COMPENSATION
- $1,000 monthly base - Earn your base by meeting the weekly appointment and monthly sales requirements.
- 11% commission - Earn 11% commission on every package sold.
- $1,000 performance bonus - Exceed $10,000 in total sales in a month and earn an additional $1,000 bonus.
