'Responsibilities'
' Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient observations and vital signs.
- Support clients with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care.
- Administer medications and manage medical documentation following HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.'
'Qualifications'' Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role in senior or home health care. Certification in CPR and first aid.

- Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and HIPAA regulations.
- Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assist with mobility devices such as Hoyer lifts.
- Experience working with clients who have Alzheimer’s or dementia is preferred.
