Responsibilities
- Greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure timely, accurate service in a welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including wine knowledge and barista basics when applicable, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Handle cashless or cash transactions, process payments, and manage POS system with accuracy.
- Monitor dining room flow, restock supplies, clear tables, and perform light food preparation and sanitation tasks as needed.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and safety procedures; collaborate with kitchen and event staff to support banquet and catering services when required.
