Beauty Connect Direct is seeking licensed nail technicians interested in exploring salon employment, booth rental, commission-based positions, and private suite opportunities throughout Charlotte, NC.
We connect beauty professionals with salons and salon-suite owners that have current or upcoming availability. Whether you are a new nail technician looking for your first professional home, an established technician ready for a new environment, or an independent nail artist interested in a suite, we would love to learn more about you.

POSSIBLE DUTIES
- Provide professional manicures, Gel-X, acrylic, builder gel, nail art, or other services within your skill set
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized work area
- Follow North Carolina State Board sanitation and safety requirements
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Consult with clients about nail designs, shapes, lengths, and proper nail care
- Manage appointments and communicate professionally with clients
- Arrive on time and follow the policies of the salon or suite location
- Promote your services and help build or maintain a loyal clientele
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current North Carolina nail technician or cosmetology license preferred
- New graduates and experienced nail technicians are welcome
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about the beauty industry
- Strong sanitation practices and attention to detail
- Photos or a social media portfolio displaying your work are strongly encouraged
- Must be located in or willing to work in the Charlotte, NC area
