Duties
- Engage prospects through warm calling and outbound outreach to generate interest in coaching services
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning solutions effectively
- Conduct consultative selling conversations via phone, emphasizing the value of coaching programs
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce and other sales automation tools, to track interactions and manage pipelines
- Negotiate terms with potential clients to facilitate deal closing while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve outreach techniques
- Close deals efficiently by guiding prospects through the sales funnel and overcoming objections confidently
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales environments with a focus on customer service and client communication
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with sales technology adoption, including Salesforce Cloud, CRM systems, and sales automation technologies
- Technical sales experience or background in technology sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and call center operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new sales tools and embrace sales technology for efficiency and growth
- Must be coachable and willing to learn a new way of mastering your own communication skills with empathy and compassion
- Previous experience in customer service or client communication roles that require active listening and consultative approaches
