Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Utilize Yardi software for managing property records, tenant information, and financial transactions.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with facilities management teams.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for property performance.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to leases, contracts, and tenant communications.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management laws.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
- Strong conflict management abilities to effectively handle disputes or issues that arise.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with facilities management practices is a plus.
- Strong administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
