Currently seeking Customer Service English/Spanish to fill an opening for a company in Mine Hill, NJ. The ideal candidate should have two years + of Customer Service experience.
Requirements of the Customer Service:

Previous experience in Customer Service or another related field.

Benefits of the Customer Service:

The pay rate is $20-$22 per hour, DOE.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and phone

Provide information about the products and services.

Document and update customer records based on interactions.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Quote parts and process orders.
