RESPONSIBILITIES Perform thorough commercial cleaning — dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal — to uphold cleanliness standards Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols Support porters and custodial teams during busy periods or special projects Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards
QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning services Experience with residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus, but not required Ability to safely and effectively operate cleaning machinery in various environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a shift Excellent communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team
