Duties
- Prepare a variety of boba tea beverages and other non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at shift end
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer space by following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with food handling and beverage service to deliver timely, high-quality drink experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and customer service
