We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Floor Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with any questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer their questions.
- Provide customer service and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the theater.
- Work in concession and handle ready to eat food items.
- Ensure that all concession items are properly stocked.
- Help keep theaters and bathrooms clean.
- Comfortable handling money and working on regsiters.
