JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for all facets of records management duties/responsibilities regarding all former PWCS students. This position includes but is not limited to the processing of requests for educational records in accordance with PWCS Policies/Regulations and State/Federal law. This position reviews each incoming educational record of withdrawn and graduated students to ensure accurate data is being reported to the Virginia Department of Education, graduation requirements have been met on each graduate’s transcript, and contents of the educational record are accurately indexed and organized to assist with requests for college or university, employment, immigration, Virginia Department of Motor Vehicle identification requirements, various employment and/or graduate verifications. This position performs work with minimal supervision.
