2nd shift Baler Operator needed for a leading provider of transport packaging materials in Findlay! Your primary responsibility would be to control and maintain industrial balers used for processing recyclable materials like cardboard and plastics.
Shift:
- 2nd shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM, $18.50 per hour
Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring the baling equipment.
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs on the balers.
- Ensuring the balers are properly fed with material using a forklift, skid steer, or other heavy equipment.
- Inspecting finished bales to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Keeping the work area clean and maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Producing and logging daily production reports.
