American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with CVOR/OR experience and orthopedic/joint skills for a 13-week night shift travel assignment at a hospital in the Denver, CO area.

Hospital OR setting with 14 operating rooms and a staff of approximately 70 FTEs
-
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Patient population includes cardiovascular, neuro, transplant, ortho/spine cases
-
1:1 patient ratio in the OR
-
On-call is required; flexibility for day/evening hours as needed
-
EMR: Meditech (prior experience preferred)

13-week contract
-
Minimum of 2 years of CST experience in an acute care hospital setting
-
Orthopedic/joint experience required
-
NBSTSA certification required
-
DORA (Colorado) certification required prior to consideration
-
Active state license required if applicable
-
SSN and DOB required for consideration; no Canadian SSNs accepted
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates will be considered

Procedures performed include neuro, transplant, ortho/spine, and cardiovascular cases

Night shift team consists of 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, and 1 ST
-
Level I trauma experience is preferred

Ideal candidates are team-oriented, highly accountable, and able to work independently

One professional reference required (two required for candidates from Florida or Missouri)
