We are seeking clinical supervisors (visit nurses) to oversee our field staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care for our patients in their homes in Central Jersey.

**Duties:**
- Supervise nursing staff in providing direct patient care
- Ensure compliance with protocols
- Utilize AlayaCare for patient record management - No Oasis!
- Complete supervisory visits during the field staff's shift in the client's home.
**Qualifications:**
- Registered Nurse licensed in NJ or Multistate
- Homecare & trach/vent experience required
- Ability to drive to the client's homes to conduct supervisory visits
