Job Description: Tuopu USA LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting finished goods and parts to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products and components to identify any defects or non-conformities.
- Verify that products meet all quality requirements, specifications, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and company policies.
- Must be able to complete additional tasks assigned by Quality Supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a related role in amanufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
Shift Times and Schedule
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am-7:00pm (Friday and Weekend Overtime as Required)
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00pm-7:00am (Friday and Weekend Overtime as Required)
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
