Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable part-time Maintenance Technician to support our residential properties.
This is a field-based role — you’ll travel between properties handling service calls, light repairs, and unit turns. This position is ideal for someone experienced in maintenance who wants consistent supplemental work without a full-time schedule.
This is a W2 position.
Location
Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Camdenton, MO (travel required)
What You’ll Do
- Handle general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry)
- Complete smaller service tickets
- Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Communicate clearly with the team on job status
- Help with overflow work and busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Reliable transportation (daily travel required)
- Strong communication and follow-through
This role still requires reliability and responsiveness — we’re looking for someone who shows up and gets the job done.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time (flexible based on workload and availability)
- Typically 20-30 hours per week
- $28–$31/hour (based on experience)
- W2 position
