Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals who are frail and elderly
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene
- Ensure the rights and privacy of residents are respected and maintained
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Carry out duties as assigned or based on Care Plan
- Ensure Client's safety and security at home
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals in home care or related field
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
