We’re looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice focused on Personal Injury and Wellness Chiropractic Care. In this role, you won’t just assist, you’ll be a key part of the healing process, guiding patients through their recovery journey with compassion and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist chiropractors with patient care, room prep, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Conduct assessments to gather relevant health history and current concerns.
- Help create and carry out individualized care plans in collaboration with the chiropractic team.
- Monitor patients during treatments and report progress or concerns.
- Educate patients on exercises, lifestyle tips, and treatment protocols to support healing.
- Keep detailed and accurate patient records and progress notes.
- Ensure smooth clinic flow and consistent delivery of top-notch care.
- Use your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to communicate effectively with both patients and providers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus, but not required, we’ll train the right person.
- Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and an ability to learn quickly.
- Compassionate and professional demeanor, especially in acute pain situations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and brings a positive, upbeat energy.
- Organized, coachable, and always looking to grow.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
