Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and clients by reviewing construction plans and schematics to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Supervise teams on-site by managing daily operations, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance while managing project schedules effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues; communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere strictly to local regulations and industry standards for regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics (including Construction plans), and technical drawings accurately.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent time management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with construction regulations governing safety standards and environmental practices across diverse jurisdictions.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Pay: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Residential remodeling: 2 years (Required)
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
