Overview
MezzoElite TikTok Creator Network is seeking motivated TikTok LIVE Creator Recruiters to help identify, connect with, and introduce potential creators to our growing network. Recruiters will use social media and direct outreach to find qualified creators, explain the benefits of joining , assist with the application process, and follow up with interested candidates.
This is a remote U.S based position, This is a hands-on recruiting role. Recruiters are expected to actively search for potential creators, start conversations, introduce them to MezzoElite, and help qualified creators complete the application and onboarding process.
This is a commission/incentive-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Recruiters earn based on qualified creators they successfully bring into Creator Network.
If you're outgoing, comfortable approaching people online, understand social media, and enjoy connecting people with new opportunities, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Actively search TikTok and other social media platforms for potential creators
- Reach out directly to prospective TikTok LIVE creators
- Introduce creators to MezzoElite TikTok Creator Network
- Explain the benefits and support available through the network
- Answer basic questions from interested creators
- Provide interested creators with the appropriate application/invitation process
- Follow up with prospective creators
- Help qualified creators complete the onboarding process
- Maintain communication with recruits throughout the process
- Track your recruiting activity and successful recruits
- Work with MezzoElite Managers and leadership
- Participate in recruiting meetings, training, and network initiatives
- Represent MezzoElite professionally when communicating with potential creators
Who We're Looking For

- Comfortable approaching and communicating with new people
- Active and familiar with TikTok and social media
- Familiar with TikTok LIVE
- Confident sending messages and starting conversations
- Able to explain an opportunity clearly and professionally
- Persistent without being pushy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable following up with prospective creators
- Interested in recruiting, networking, social media, or creator development
Previous recruiting, sales, social media, or TikTok LIVE experience is helpful but not required. MezzoElite will provide training on our recruiting process, creator eligibility requirements, network benefits, and approved recruiting practices.
How Recruiters Get Paid
This is a commission/incentive-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.
Recruiters earn based on qualified creators they successfully bring into MezzoElite TikTok Creator Network who complete the required onboarding and meet the requirements of the applicable recruiter incentive program.
Recruiters may have opportunities to earn incentives based on:
- Qualified creators successfully recruited
- Completed creator onboarding
- Creator activeness after joining
- Recruiting goals and milestones
- Special recruiting challenges
- Consistent recruiting performance
The more qualified creators you successfully recruit and help onboard, the greater your earning potential.
Specific incentive amounts, qualifications, and payout requirements will be communicated through the applicable MezzoElite Recruiter Incentive Program.
There is no guaranteed minimum number of recruits or guaranteed earnings.
Important Recruiting Standards
Recruiters must represent MezzoElite honestly and professionally.
Recruiters may not guarantee earnings, gifts, bonuses, followers, views, acceptance into the network, or TikTok results.
Recruiters must follow MezzoElite recruiting procedures and applicable TikTok requirements. We are looking for people who want to build relationships and find creators who are genuinely interested in growing, not simply send mass messages.
Actual earnings depend on successful recruiting activity and the applicable recruiter program. No minimum earnings are guaranteed.
