About the Role
As a Field Service Technician specializing in high-capacity rotating equipment, you will serve as a critical technical expert for our industrial client base. You will ensure the peak performance and reliability of complex centrifugal air systems through expert diagnostics, precise repairs, and proactive maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive maintenance and repair protocols on centrifugal compressor systems to minimize client downtime.

Diagnose and resolve intricate mechanical, electrical, and control system failures in the field.

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and optimize operational efficiency.

Provide clear, actionable technical guidance to customers regarding equipment status and necessary repairs.

Manage complex field service calls, ensuring all work adheres to rigorous safety standards and LOTO procedures.

Interpret electrical schematics and utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot high-voltage industrial systems.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on field experience with centrifugal compression technology.

Demonstrated proficiency in industrial electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.

Strong ability to read and interpret complex technical schematics and control logic.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Physical capability to perform field repairs, including lifting, kneeling, and working in various industrial environments.

Prior experience working with OEM equipment or within a distributor service network.

Formal training or certifications related to major industrial compressor brands.
